God’s Hope For Others

“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of our mind that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” -Romans 12:2

As believers we do have our own language that we use to communicate with God. Others aren’t familiar with it because it’s just between us and the Lord. The beauty in it is that the Holy Spirit always enriches and ennobles our communication with God.
He does this through the process of the renewal of the mind, because God desires to ’embroider’ the salvation in our everyday life. He delights in us and enjoys when we want to explore the secrets of the Kingdom together with Him.

It’s God’s initiation to use our renewed mind in the discovering of His will because our mind is very important in setting an example for others.

It’s been said: “No use of the medicine on the shelf.” So it is with our salvation unless it’s been made accessible for others to see and taste. Our testimony has the most impact when empowered by the Holy Spirit allowing Him to use His words.

Our prayer with compassion before we meet others is the one thing that changes the atmosphere when we do meet them.
It’s the compassion of Christ in us that has the effect, because it’s based on God’s hope for others.

Obedience combined with the love of God is actually the compassion in our hearts that opens the door of salvation for the listener.
Jesus’ hope in us tears down the worldly system and that is actually what makes us different-His eternal hope for the individual.
