Salvation

“…since you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and abiding Word of God…” -1 Peter 1:23

Each one of us when we got saved, above anything else we desired to see people coming to Christ, we desired filled chairs on Sunday service. Don’t get me wrong-all of that is a legitimate desire of one’s heart. Of course we want to see people getting saved. Yet, for me I have one deeper longing of my heart and that is to see believers worldwide getting to know Jesus so personally, and to be truly led by the Holy Spirit.

Not out of religious pretenses but really led by Him because of their close friendship with Him.
When Jesus looks upon us, He doesn’t see numbers, seats, positions or ministries for that matter. He looks and seeks for a heart that will earnestly long for His fellowship and to know our Father’s heart.

When we got saved, our spirit was raised and perfected because as it’s written we are born of imperishable seed. What we embarked after being saved is a journey/process of God working/perfecting the soul=our soul being constantly renewed by gaining understanding of the riches of heaven now within our spirit. Thus, our body gets revitalized because of the prosperity of our soul.

Our born again spirit is the spring, the source of all the heavenly ‘data’ we need.
What’s happened?! Well, when we got saved the Holy Spirit ‘downloaded’ an unsearchable richness of information-first about our lives; all the things which pertain to life and godliness, so we might draw strength and God’s life in the process of developing and establishing our uniqueness and personality in Christ Jesus; and second information about the things in heaven. They aren’t hidden any longer.
We have free access so we can walk in authority of the prayer that we might proclaim the things here on earth as they are in heaven.
